Need advice on clen

My sister works in a fertility clinic and I told her I wanted to start taking clen and she said she was going to find out if she could get it from the doctor friends she has. she told me today that she can get the powder form.
I have never heard of clen in powder form. Have any of you? Is it just as effective? If yes, how do you take it?Please give all the info you can because i need to start ASAP. Thanks for the input any info is appreciated.
