I am following Mr. X's guidelines. I am plan on doing the depletion workout on saturday (Day 6) afternoon...around four. And then carbing for 24 hours.
How should I break up the meals?
Should I cut out any of the planned low carb meals on Saturday and begin my carb up immediatley following the workout?
Should I have the first two carb up meals Saturday night. and the remaining 4 on Sunday?
Any help from an exprerienced CKDer would be appreciated.
