Need advice on chest routine...

Hi
I have trouble putting mass on my chest,and i cant do any bench press or incline bench press because of a shoulder operations so i only do dumbell press. this is my current routine:
dumbell press 4 sets of 8 reps
dumbell incline press 3 sets of 8 reps
flys 3 sets of 8 reps
dips 3 sets of max reps or sometimes pullovers
Can anybody help me? any other routine suggestions? thanks
 
I only do DB's myself:

Pyramid up in the incline DBS to a top set of 4 reps or so
Incline FLyes - shoulder permitting


and then EITHER


Flat, decline DBs OR dips.....


if you keep the hand spacing conservative - dips are usuallu doable
 
well i've been following this routine for a month now and noticed a moderate increase in my bench. i start with flat flyes to isolate and pre-exhaust the chest. this will dampen your db bench and bruise your ego for that workout but it's worth it in the long run. then go to either flat or incline bench. do them both. then, finally, dips. if i'm finding it hard to increase strength and/or size in one area i will find an isolation exercise for that bodypart and do 4 sets of that BEFORE the compound movement. like leg ext's before squat, or lat pullovers before bent rows, or shoulder raises before military press..... hope this helps...
