Well guys, the shittiest thing ever hapened to me about a week and a half ahp. My bro saw that I was getting pretty stacked lately and asked me to arm wrestle. I dont ever arm wrestle, but this time i did. To make a long story short I snapped my humerus in half and got out of surgery about 5 days ago. So now im totally bummed out and now have a titanium plate and 8 screws in my arm. I was just starting to get really happy with the way my body was taking shape, but now the doc says no lifting at all for at least 6 to 8 weeks. My biggest concern is losing muscle during this recovery process. I am thinking about running about 400mg og EQ per week. I read a few studies that show anabolics to be very beneficial to the wound healing process so im wondering if this 400mg per week might help me keep from losing to much muscle while I heal. They went into my arm through the tricep so the doc said he tried to keep from cutting to much muscle. Iget all 38 staples out in about 8 days and the doc said he doesnt think ill be needing another cast since the bone is pretty stable with the plate and screws. I plan on hitting the stationary bike and abs pretty hard while my arm is healing until i can lift some light weights. So any advice or opinions guys? I'd really appreciate some advice, opinions, or experience with this. Tkanks fellas. I also have some anavar, test en, and tren acetate on hand that i can use to, but im leaning on the idea of using the EQ by itself. Thanks guys.......ecuse the typos...this was done with one hand and took me for damn ever to type.

I think the Anavar would be great in this situation. I was mid cycle when I got the call for my gyno surgary. Put me out of my regular training shedule for about 3 weeks. I took 30-40mg/Day of Var through out a 4 week period and didn't lose a bit of stregth or lbm. Best of luck on a speedy recovery bro!

tHANKS FOR THE ADVICE M18. I REALLY APPRECIAYE IT. U think 400mg / week of EQ is a little overkill?

Sorry to hear about the break bro...must be very frustrating! I agree with Radar on how HGH would do you well. Just remember not to rush into things and let the arm take it's time in the healing process. Good luck and keep us updated!!

Hmmmm....HGH aye? What kind of dosages are u thinking about Radar? I can get it.....but never really thought about taking it. How long should I run it?

2-3ius daily is enough, Macro had a neck injury yrs back and the Dr was amazes at what the X rays showed.
I would run it at least 16 weeks even tho you may be better GH will do nothing but benefit you & strengthen that area even more than it was before the injury.
Now is a good time to work those legs and rip em up!

1st off, let me say I'm sorry that happened to you....You could use some kind of gear to preserve muscle, but I'm not sure if I would..... Esp somethign as expensive as Anavar.... It's kind of a waste since you can't train.... 6-8 weeks isn't that long to be down and out.... Maybe you can just focus on doing some cardio, work your abs and legs a bit, and save the gear for when you can train again..... I mean, how much weight are you gonna lose in 8 weeks? Are you Ectomorphic or something? Have a hard time gaining/keeping muscle?

I agree with rizz. I lost my job, got depressed, didn't eat much or eat right and didn't lift for about 4 weeks. Feel better now and started back up eating and training. I lost 2 pounds in those 4 weeks and I'd say my strength is about 90-95% compared to where I was a month ago. I'm an ecto and I have a terrible time keeping weight and muscle. (until now) I'd say continue to eat properly and train the parts you can train while your arm heals. You said the doc doesn't think you'll need a cast, so does that mean you can move your arm around freely? At least you can keep your arm limber. I had a cast from wrist to shoulder when I broke my elbow. 6 weeks without any arm movement=extreme atrophy for me.
