Need Advice for My First Cycle

hi everyone , im new to all of this and i would like to get some info for my first cycle , my weight is 142 lbs and my height is 5.8 , could anyone suggest me any cycles, dosage , calorie intake and protein , plus anything that comes in use while going on a cycle to prevent the side effects , your knowledge is important to me as im a newbie and im tired of being so small i dont want to be pushed or laughed at plus i love sports , i dont drink alcohol , and i have a low percentage of body fat , waiting for any replies .

142 lbs? You need be cycling Strong Lifts 5x5 and cycle between eating steak and pizza.
 
How old are you and how long have you been training? You're too small to do steroids for now. You need to learn how to properly eat and train. I agree with bodybyfinaplix's advice. Read all of the stickies while you're here. Good luck to you.
 
im 20 , ive been training for about 6 months but then ive started a new job on night shifts and my eating has changed a lot , but now im thinking of geting back to gym after being off for 3 months because ive been at hospital , at the moment ive started eating normaly 3-4 times a day , im still working nights but my body got used to it now , ive got very fast metabolism system i can eat pretty much anything and sit at home without being scared of becoming over weight im happy with my body but all i want is to put on some mass... i mean i was a dancer and its hard and physical work believe me ive been doing it for 9 years 6 days a week , 3-5 hours

1. You are too young for steroids.
2. You are too small for steroids.
3. You need to train for, at least, 2-3 years to understand enough about it for the results that you would be looking for.
4. You need to learn to eat properly to get the most out of your training.

i lifted in the 129 weight class when i was about your age. now I am close to 200, pic is on profile. and I'm shorter than you to boot. point being you are young and you need to let your body mature. all that dancing you are doing isn't helping you gain mass.. so make a choice, either you want to dance and stay thin, or you want to build mass. hit the weight room and eat big. its simple

nothing wrong with being a skinny dancer if that is what you love. but dancing isn't bodybuilding.
 
Well thank you even though none of u havent actually answered to my question , if anyone know what my body like is me and well after all my effort that ive put and the money ive spent fir all the supplements it didnt work out for me so only option for me left is steroids i only asked for advice but it seems like i wont get it here

Steroids aren't some magic potion or pill that make you look like Arnold after one cycle. These guys aren't trying to be dicks bro, they're giving you sound advice that will stop you from messing up your body and selling yourself short in the long run. If you want to be bigger, eat bigger and lift bigger. That's the magic formula for you for about the next 5 years man, and it works.

did u not read what i wrote above your post?? i used to weigh LESS than you when i was your age and i am about your height!! did i take steroids to now weigh almost 200 pounds??? NO ... i matured, i ate big, i lifted big. and i gained weight. it took me until my late 20's to start gaining solid muscle mass, did not touch steroids till i was almost 30.

just remember steroids will hinder you from reaching your genetic potential, it won't help you get there!!

i have 2 links in my signature that you should read and follow to a tee for the next couple years. one is a bulking diet, and the other is a weight training blueprint. follow those 2 and you will easily put on 30 pounds in the next year or two.. thats the best advice you are gonna get. on EF you will learn how to do things the right way, not the way you think is best, but the correct way. no site has the knowledge we do on here.. we have guys that have been juicing for decades, and we have guys that have been studying nutrition for years and years. so i would take advantage of this advice !
