and on the same note...i bet 90% of the people on here have no idea what their bodyfat is yet throw around numbers like 6-7%....do you guys have any fucking idea how low that is????

Check out the diet and training boards. You should be able to find ways to really dial in what your doing. This will save you loads of cash you would blow doing gear and not eating and training in the optimal ways.
 
19 is not an ideal age to start using drugs to enhance your physique. Coul;d keep you from growing to your full height.
Do more homework before you start anything.
 
honestly i am 18 and have done one cycle and it was a waste i have grown just as much the past 3 months as i did when i was on cycle and all im doing is eating a shitload and training hard. at our age it is very easy to put on size w/out gear. if you wanna talk diets or training you can shoot me a pm. im kinda new but might be able to help out a little

Why dont you post what you ate today, along with your training program? I'm sure you're lacking in one if not both of those areas.. You also stated you train EVERYday? Theres another problem.

You have alot to learn about the iron game before you even consider juicing.
