OK I want to start my first cycle here are my stats

5' 7"
156lbs
age 19
10% bf +/-

Looking to put on only about 10 - 15 lbs in mass and keep it. What do you guys suggest including products to counteract acne, balding, puffy chest?

Please give me options on pills and injectables.

Thanks a lot.

I take whey protein twice a day and cell-tech.. Lift everyday and eat constantly. I've been working out for the past year and have only seen slight gains. A lot of gains in strength but muscle mass isn't really there.

If you cant make progress your first year or training, drugs wont do you any good.

Why dont you post what you ate today, along with your training program? I'm sure you're lacking in one if not both of those areas.. You also stated you train EVERYday? Theres another problem.

You have alot to learn about the iron game before you even consider juicing.

first off you are lifting every day thats crazy your muscles need time to recover that is why you are not seeing any gains .2 you need more to eat if all your taking is 2 protine drinks and only 3 or 4 meals that is not enough .your diet must be out of wack.

3 and most important you HAVE NOT REACHED YOUR IDEAL AGE
YET. give your self time to get a good work out plain and a good diet . do this for a couple years and do a lot of research.A good age is about 21 or so . Or at least a couple years in the gym.

just a little note: I have personly seen guys hurt them self in the gym that do not no what they are doing buy taking AS one kid put him self in the hosptal shot him self with bullshit that damaged his nerves system another died from shooting in his quad and put it right in a vein.

u definitely need to learn abt eating and/or training before juicing- without that the juice will be almost wasted. don't jump the gun bro- my sincere advice.

Hey club,

I agree with other guys in the fact that u need to look closely at your diet. This is the biggest most important aspect of gaining size and indeed strength. Make sure you are getting at leat 1.5g protein/lb body weight and if bulking which is what u want to do then ramp up your complex carbs to as much as 4.5gcarb/lb!! Thats a lot of eating but keep it clean... try to source most of these food groups from natural sources...ie not MRP's although this can be v difficult if you are very busy at work.. you can always make food at the weekend for the week... you can try the diet post for more info on this.

Also you are far too young to start AAS, FAR TOO YOUNG!!!

If you want to try something to put on good mass and which is legal (and I know the other brothers are going to kill me for this!!!) but you can try MAG-10 which are esterified prohormones. Now whilst I may get shit on this from the hard core juicing community, I would like to inform you that before I started my first proper cycle, I carried out 2X 8week cycles with 10week rest in between of double dosing MAG-10. I put on 20lb pure muscle the first time and kept almost all of it ~16lb and the second time, I put on 16lb, again which I kept most :D :D . This was in conjunction with a really good diet (see above)

So my friend, my advice to you is FORGET the AAS and eat better and train less often and if you really really want to do something then try MAG-10... it worked damn f**kin well for me :p

Respect.

If you can't make huge gains & big time body transformations in your first year of training. You are obviously not training correctly, your diet must suck & you have a lot of learning to do. Hell, you don't even have to eat healthy the first year of working out to see big time changes. Man at 19 your body is just begging to grow naturally! I didn't start lifting untill I was 25 & I did not use creatine or change my diet & the difference after a year was night & day. I'd say it's mostly your training. If you truly are only 10%BF (which I doubt you have any idea what it truly is) then you must not be eating tons of junk. my advice to you is...... READ,READ,READ!!!!!!!!
