Need advice asap

So my buddy just finished off a cycle of 3 squirts of that testosterone gel and what he though was 50mg of var but really wasn't cause his joints are trashed right now, pretty sure his guy gave him winny, anyways his pct was clomid alone at 150mg for the first day then 100mg for the rest of the week and 50mg for the next three weeks, i know he is retarded. Anyways he is not recovering properly and i was just wondering what you all would advise he do

Is he still taking the clomid. If so tell him to drop down to 25mg and add:
Post Cycle/Unleashed combo
DAA
Forged joint support
Tons of water


How long was he on this? What test gel was it? Was he on the var/winny same duration?
Tell him not freak out if he is, just his pct sucked so it's gonna take longer to recover.

Hes already taken more than enough clomid at this point so I would advise him to stop that immediately. Then take postcycle, unleashed, daa, forma, and the joint repair.
