My first cycle I ran test only @ 500 mgs a week for 10 weeks. It was sustanon 250 to be exact. I saw very good gains. My diet, training and rest were on point like they should be. I kept about 80% of my gains due to a good pct and not getting lazy after cycle. I still train like I'm on cycle. I ran HCGenerate at week 6. I ran forged post cycle at week 10 as needto told me to. I used unleashed/post cycle combo and forma stanzol for pct week 12-16. I started bridge immediately after pct. For liver support I ran n2gaurd from week 1-10. I stoped after week 10 because forged post cycle has a liver support in it. Drink cranberry juice from time to time to help keep your liver clean. Stay away from sodium to help reduce bloating.
