Need advice about 1st time using

I'm almost 30, 6ft tall, 235 lbs, and about 25% bodyfat. I'm looking to get to around 200-210lbs with about 10-12% bodyfat, so I'm not looking to get huge or set any world records for lifting...just want to get lean and cut. I'm willing to put in the hard work and eat the right foods, but I hear 1 cycle can do wonders, and it's usually Winstrol I hear about for weight loss.

Any advice on what product, what stack, and what type of cycle would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Gear doesnt make one lose fat. Diet, cardio and a lot of dedication is the most important thing to do. Gear will aid in this, but only if you do the above. If you dont diet and do cardio on a regualr basis, you probably will put on fat.

Get on a strict dit and cardio program with a soild fat burner like VPX's liquid clenbuterx, Biotest's MD6, Xenadrene, or Syntracts Adipokenetic, which can all be purchased at www.dpsnutrition.com at the lowest prices.

After about a 1-2 months doing this, you will be amazed at your results if you do it 110%.

Once that is complete you might think of doing a cycle.

Winny, anavar, fina, T3, DNP are all solid products to take, but do this first.

Any questions, email me at [email protected]

#1 Train right

#2 Eat right

#3 Then Gear

Without the first two you would just be wasting your money. If you start gear too soon in your workout career you can also cause some tendon/ligiment damage. I'm sure you could get that 25%BF down with just hard training and good diet.

Listen to these bros. They know what they are talking about. Diet is the most improtant part of any regimne, wether trying to gain or lose. Cardio is another important factor. As far as the gear goes, I would do the above for a while before even considering gear.

one more important cardio tip: do cardio first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything besies water. You will be carb depleted and this will make your body burn fat right away.

Listen to Lawnsaver! I am 27, and was in the same exact boat that you are in right now! I was between 230 and 235lbs, about 20-25% bodyfat, and with hard training, DIET, and lots of cardio I dropped down to 190lbs and 10% bf (hydrosat test)! This took me about 5 months, and I still had a cheat day once a week. Take it from someone who has been down that road, you can achieve it without the use of gear!
