I'm tired of dealing with ECA, not because of what I have heard from the uneducated mass media in regard to it causing death, for I am a firm believer that those who died had bad hearts/took too much. The reason is, I have heard some rumors (which may or may not be bullshit) about ephedrine having an effect similar to ecstasy, as far as what it does to your brain. Even if it's not likely to be true, the meager benefits I get from taking it would not measure up to the risks. I dont take it every day, as a fat burner, I just take it on gym day, three days per week. My question is, does anyone know of something that would give me similar effects for my workout, such as some sort of Yohimbe stack? Please let me know of my options. I want to be done with ECA. Thank you.
