What? NYC formulas are actually available a few other places if you look really really hard. It's the norephedrine (ppa) that was banned. But according to the law, its not dangerous enough to be pulled completely, so if you had remaining stocks, they let you go ahead and sell them. AF had huge stocks of Noreph.
