Need a plan to control estrogen while on HRT

I've been on HRT for a couple of months now. I started with the standard 200mg every 2 weeks but didn't feel like that was enough. So we started trying different doses and frequency. I was on 100mg every week and still wasn't happy so the doc had me do another blood test. Normally I check my test results before talking to the doctor (I don't trust them fully) but this time I wasn't able to. She said I was "high normal" but would try me on 150mg every week for a while. From my experience, "high normal" could be as low as 500 for some docs. She said she was concerned I would have mood problems, acne and liver issue and wanted to retest me after 4-8 weeks.

Anyway, I've been on 150mg every week for about 2 weeks and I love it! I have no acne and my only mood problem is that I'm in a damn good mood. So I want to stay on this dose but I have a problem. I have developed a small pea sized lump under one of my nips and both have started to get a little tender. I don't want to tell her because I think that she'll lower my dose instead of prescribing an antiestrogen. Just a feeling.

So I need an antiestrogen plan, but not a major one as if I was on a cycle. I'd like to go on a low dose receptor blocker until after my blood test, and then switch to an aromatase inhibitor afterwards. The reason is because I want the Test to break down like normal so I don't have abnormally high levels for my blood test, and then switch to an aromatase inhibitor in between blood tests.

I also plan to start supplementing something for my liver so that doesn't throw up a red flag too.

I know Clomid is the preferred receptor blocker and Arimidex is the preferred aromatase inhibitor. Are there any legal substances that mimic these drugs? I know a legal drug won't necessarily work as well, but I don't need something that strong. I only need a small amount of control and would prefer to stay legal.

BTW, I've read some mixed reviews on Gaspari Nutrition Novedex XT and 6-OXO, but the advertising claims they work as aromatase inhibitors, not blockers. They also claim to raise natural test (which I doubt) but that is also counterproductive to what I need pre-blood test. Maybe these would work afterwards as a long term solution, but not right now.

On HRT myself and have some suggestions for you.

1. Arimidex will solve your problems. Start with .5mgs EOD and give it a week. To reverse what gyno you have get some nolvadex, 20 mgs ED until it clears but stay on the Adex.

2. Another good product is AIFM its transdermal and works good.

3. Try dropping to 125 EW or 100 every five days. I stay at 100EW and if I go above that I start having the same problems.

If you stay at 150 you are going to have to add an AI. You dont want boobs do you?
