need a new routine, plz help!!!

hey guys, jus finished my old routine. gained 10 kgs muscle mass in like 9 weeks. lukin far bigger than before. now i am lukin for new routine. plz help.
 
read the stickies and the search the boards, there hundreds of routines posted, find one.

Yeah my dick grew 10cm in 9 weeks too. C'mon guy. 10kg of just muscle in 9 weeks?

thats awesome bro!!!! the thing in last 9 weeks i gained 10 kgs and i was keepin track of my body fat too. my BF havent increased in that time so i am assumin muscle mass!!
 
Dude. Be a little more specific. What sort of routine are looking for here? Strength gains? Maybe switch to hypertrophy? How were you training before - that should tell you how to change it up.

i am lukin for muscle mass gains as i have jus started playin rugby. really liked da 5x5 routine but need some variation for assistance exercises
