Need a little help

I finished a beastdrol cycle, middle of December. I used HCG and N2Guard and erase while on and a full pct including bridge after. I recently (within last 2 weeks) have developed this lump of what seems like soft tissue on my right chest just to the side of my nipple. It became sensitive to touch and now seems to have moved a little toward the center of nipple and very sensitive. I can feel it when my shirt rubs against it. Dose't seem to have gotten any bigger in size and I wouldn't even care about it if it didn't bother me so much. Is this early signs of gyno? I don't think its anything serious and don't want to go to the dr. any suggestions on what it could be and or how to fix this. Thanks.

This was my second beast cycle, taken 6 months apart and did not have his issue the first time. I had a little nipple sensitivity the first time but nothing this bad.

do you think I def. need to get letro? I heard some pretty bad sides from letro.

A pic would do no good. you can't see anything from looking at me, the lump is under the skin, in the tissue and you can only feel it not see it. I do not have "bitch tits" and it docent look like I have gyno, just this lump that is the issue
