taking the advice of riverrock cheers buddy i now need to really mix up my routine.
I was doing mad cows variation of bill stars 5x5 and was really leaning towards doing just compound excersises and not training biceps triceps and doing isolation excercises. This was working really well and i have packed on a lot of muscle recently.
so now i have to get rid of squats, deads and bent over bb rows basically anything like that.
so i am strugling for a routine.
any ideas would be much appreciated.
