need a diet to gain weight!! please help a newbie!!!

alright guys i am 6 foot 185lbs and havin a hard time gainin weight and gettin pissed my intensity has been through the roof lately in the gym but still no weight on me so i assume i am prob not eatin right so any ideas on a good diet to gain mass please post thanks alot guys...
 
if i explained it all to you then it would take hours but heres the basics

eat 6-8 times per day

eat 30-40 grams of protein per meal
and about 50 cabs per meal
and about 5-10 grams of good fats per day


im assuming you have a fast metabolism and its hard for you to gain weight, so just eat eat and eat, protein shakes, steaks, potatoes...just go nuts...if u have any specific questions just ask but if u want more diets, do a search on bulkind diets

this is pretty much right, though the amoutn of pro/carbs/fat per meal is going to all be determined to the macronutrient ratio you choose. your not gonna gain weight if your not eating enough, eat atleast 20 X your bw in total cals each day when bulking which is what you want to do. you will gain some fat but you will gain a lot of muscle that you will be able to keep and strip the fat away when cutting. you can split your cals into whatever you choose i prefer a 50/30/20 carbs/pro/fat when bulking. and im guessing you know what foods to eat.
 
Good fats

For your good fats, take Flax Seed Oil 3 times a day...Eat lots of red meat to gain weight and get at least 200 grams of protein a day from food not shakes! Like Justin said, eat 6 times a day and you should be fine.
