Got some need 2 sleep first nigth took 2 did not help? next nigth took 3 did not help?tonight will try 4 ??? stat age 43 6'3 300lbs 15%bf do i need to take for my size ????

You are a big boy bro...I take 2 @ 220 lbs and sleep like a baby, but the wife and I just also just bought an adjustable Tempurpedic bed, best investment ever!!! Sleep so deep every night!

You may need to up the dose, but 4 caps is 12mg of Melatonin...that should put you out lol!!!
