Ok, i was doing dumbell bench the other day and i think when i was bringing the weight down to start my rep i did this. It's a wierd feeling in the right back of my neck, its like a punch at first then it feels like a headache...what is it? how do i get it better? after workout on that day it didnt hurt but lifting today half way thru first workout i felt it again..
