are there any workouts to make your neck thicker my neck looks like a fucking twig cause i got such a big ass head..

fuck yeah. i thought i was the only one who did this shit. You can buy a harness that wraps around or straps onto your head and then there's usually a chain to add the weights onto it. I have one but got it at a store around where i live. Then you got the isos. Lay on a couch/bed/bench whatever and lay on your back and have just your head hang off the end and lift up and down. It looks kinda gay but i have a 19" neck from doing this shit. you can put weights on your forehead to add resistence. or simply just apply pressure with your hands (say on your forehead) and push against your head while pushing foward with your head. They're kind of weird to explain without pictures because you don't often see bros at the gym doing this stuff.

What are you currently doing for your traps? I've found that consistent traps work is all I need for neck development, e.g. shrugs, deadlifts, rows, etc.

i lean down like in a pushup with legs wide, and put my head on the ground. if your neck is strong enough you can take your hands away. otherwise use your hands and roll around, lean sideways, and get into a head bridge if you can. once you get good you can actually run around the floor on your head. for some added style you can go into windmills from there.

Dont do this if you are new to neck training!

You're fucked if you break your neck trying this shit out! Do trap work and your neck should grow nicely. Big thick necks make you look kinda wierd. A harness and light- moderate weights is OK if feel the need to improve your size, the wrestlers bridge is an advanced move for real meatheads.

-use the harness for neck extension.
-lie on your back or on a bench and do chin tucks with light weight on your forehead for your neck flexors
-lie on your side or on a bench, hold a light weight on the side of your head above your ear and flex your head up to get your lateral flexors.
-you can work neck rotation by applying manual resistance (hands) as you turn your head side to side.

main thing is to keep form strict. it doesnt take much work on your neck to get it to grow, so just have patience and keep the weights light and the reps around 15 and you should stay safe. also...ALWAYS support whatever weight you are lifting with your neck, even if you are using the harness...because the weight swings! it can get out of control real fast and you risk injury. same as you would lift any weight, keep it under controlled resistance.

keep doing trap work as well.

ps...this shouldn't take long at all. i rotate doing neck work, ab work and grip work at the end of my workouts as a finisher. its not too intense, but the benefits are tremendous for your other lifts and overall health.
