Neck size vs. Arm size???

The other day I measured my arms, (COLD) and my neck.

They both measured the same (17 3/4")

Is there a significance to this?

Is this common with everyone else?

Does the neck somehow always keep up with the arms or is it possible to grow your arms larger than the neck??

It's odd to think, when I look at my arms, that they're as big as my neck.

But the tape dont lie!

there was a BB theroy that neck, arms and calf should be the same. It would give a balance image. However, the calf seam to have amind of their own. A lot of 21" necks and guns, but no calfs.
