Neck Injections??

This hardcore guy at my gym says he injects into his neck (but not more that 1CC at a time, have any of you heard such a thing????

No bro, it's his neck. I even tried to clarify with him that it wasn't his traps. He is a sick fuck, so I know he isn't bullshitting. Plus i saw about 3 marks, not too big, probably from an insulin pin of some sort.
