probably need a lot more info than that. stats, training, DIET, etc. . Proper diet is the key to losing weight and seeing abs.

Do you do cardio in the morning before breakfast? You'll see the most fat loss in that time period. Diet is key, especially right when you wake up and right when you go to bed.

also how about the fat on the lower chest.... i am doing my decline bench presses very heavy and often, also the fat that goes from the bottem of the chest around the under of your arms how do i get rid of that also.

correct me if im wrong, but burning fat has nothing to do with which exersize your doing on that body parts. For instance, you dont just loose fat from the stomach from doing crunches, nor loose lower chest fat from doing declines. All these things do are just tone the areas.

diet is the key

Yes, No, and Yes.

Yes - there is no such thing as spot reduction. Doing crunches or declines doesn't do jack shit to the fat that is in these areas.

No - there is no such thing as tone. You stimulate or do not stimulate. Tonned is simply an adjective about how you look i.e. "oh, he looks toned." Of course, pumping some blood into an area might make the area temporarily look more toned for a bit but that really doesn't say anything about making progress from a workout/exercise.

Yes - diet is key. If you consume more than you require, you will store fat. Very simply.

well i go to the gym (or try) 5 days a week (my worst weeks is only 3 days) after weights i do cardio for 30 to 45 min of interval training cardio.... my diet is so so.... this month me and a friend is cutting fried food out completely and no pork, sweets or beef. I am hoping that helps some

If your just now cutting out fried food and junk that sounds like the problem to me. Unfortunately there is no certain exercises that will reduce fat in your harder areas. The only way to get rid of the tough fat is cardio and diet. Simply burn more than you use. Maybe a thermo as well

Testosterone can be aromatized into estrogen (if you're juiced and not taking any estrogen blocker like Arimidex)

estrogen -> estrogenic fat (which is common in women)

Could it be estrogenic fat if he has never juiced?

I re-read your first post and I don't think it's estrogenic fat

Just plain regular fat

Change your diet, eat less, keep doing weights & cardio

Yes because testosterone aromatizes , meaning it converts to estrogen. An adolescent can and often does have estrogenic fat due to aromatization of testosterone

Can you burn estrogenic fat like you burn other fat or do you have to get lipo or something?
