NECESSARY to CYCLE Creatine?

Do you find that cycling Creatine works better for you? I read something before that if you don't cycle your intake of creatine(where you load, maintain, and then STOP takin it for awhile) it may take a toll on your liver and it might shut down your body's natural producer of creatine... :worried:

Do not Load, Do cycle.

Your body naturally produces it (even though very low doses are found in fish and Milk) each 5 gram serving is enough to deplete your natural production over time.

Cycle a month or so and get off.

Loading is a ploy by the marketer to get you to buy more, your body can not utalize a loading stage anyhow.
 
i usally cycle it 3 weeks on, a week off.

the first week back taking creatine is when you will see you best gains
