Not sure where your needle exchange is but most (certainly in the major connurbations) do not accomodate waiting rooms and it is one at a time. This is because it is a private issue.

Very strange in deed as what you says goes against their rules and principles maybe it is different outside of major towns.

In my experience they are helpful and pleasant and certainly do not look down on anyone. If you are looking down on others then maybe you should buy online?

I've never used a needle exchange........purely because I didnt want people labelling me as one of the druggie crowd. Besides, I think it is good practice to keep knowledge of ur use to a limited number of people.

I don't think I would use one if I had access. I would not want anyone I do business with seeing me coming out of there with a bag. It would kill my job.
Further, I wouldn't want the police seeing my near one either. Nothing good can come from that.
I, personally, would rather just pay for new ones each time. Not sure if its different outside the US though.

Are the police really that hard on steroids in the states then? Because i couldnt care less if the 5 0 saw me come out of a pin exchange. Judging by how paranoid US bros are about being getting busted, you must be dealing with a completly different situation over there. For once im glad to be in the UK!
