Order online if you don't wanna look like a bum in those stores. In Canada, I just buy my needles/surenges from the Pharmacy and then throw them out when I'm done with them. Then go back for new ones when I need them. I don't go thru any "Needle exchange" program.

But, I'm going to start buying my stuff from getpinz.com now.

the service is quite good but its just when your sat in the waiting room with all the users of the hard drugs it makes me feel really crap, have you ever heard of some places having steroid nights because i heard somthing about that?

I find my exchange really good. There are some quite fit birds working in there, theyre so used to seeing 90 lbs grey faced junkies, twiching coz they need a fix, that when i walk in wearing a vest, i get loads of attention and theyre cool with me!

First time i went there though i did feel a bit shady!

It might just be a UK thing bro, but they are clinics set up to give advice to smack heads (heroin adicts) and flow them fresh needles, syringes and swab for free. They also dont mind helping out BBers. I went to one and they chucked 50 needles, a box of syringes and a load of swabs in a bag, gave me a little book about gear and how to use it and sent me on my merry way!

They were really cool, no lectures or disaproving looks just smiles and free needles.

Never felt like a junkie.
The pharmacists can for surley see that youre not a junkie.
Never met a pre-judging one. The first time I bought needles the guy helped me buy the right ones. And also told me to buy more than I requested to get a great discount. He said; this is like buying nails, a economy package is much cheaper than a few pins.
