We talked in another post about dieting and wanted more details on what you did to get down to 4-5% bodyfat. Do you have any before/after pics? You said u got 1g protein per lb lean body mass, w/ little carbs and fat. How many meals, what did u eat, etc? Also, what was your starting weight/bodyfat and ending weight, and how long did it take u to get there. Your approach is similar to mine and similar to a Protein fast, originally created by Dr. Blackburn of Harvard University for maximum fat loss in the shortes period of time while retaining muscle. Did u look emaciated and small are pretty muscular after u reached your goal?? What type of training, weights and cardio, or just weights? Thanx bro, look forward to hearing how u did it.
