We talked in another post about dieting and wanted more details on what you did to get down to 4-5% bodyfat. Do you have any before/after pics? You said u got 1g protein per lb lean body mass, w/ little carbs and fat. How many meals, what did u eat, etc? Also, what was your starting weight/bodyfat and ending weight, and how long did it take u to get there. Your approach is similar to mine and similar to a Protein fast, originally created by Dr. Blackburn of Harvard University for maximum fat loss in the shortes period of time while retaining muscle. Did u look emaciated and small are pretty muscular after u reached your goal?? What type of training, weights and cardio, or just weights? Thanx bro, look forward to hearing how u did it.
 
im not shure if my pics show up or not on here tell me if it shows up if not tell me how. but anyways this is not the pic of me at 4-5 percent bodyfat. this is me not too long ago im guessing around 9-11 percent fat at about 235 or 240 i forget. but anyways i dietied down all the way to about 200 pounds or under 200 pounds. but i really wouldnt reccomend my diet as healthy, u really need an appetite suppresant on this diet because you will be hungry as hell i would take nothing but protien powders i may would have a very lean well cook steak maybe every other day. my protien was like 180 if i remember correctly under 10 fat and under 10 carbs i was taking mostly soy protien and some egg protien. i was really starving myself. i still managed to keep a decent amount of muscle but i looked flat because my muscles had no carbs in them and felt like shit i would drink liters of diet coke to fill me up and i would take a fiber pill so i could take a shit lol. i was more cut than that guy vitor, you could see big gaps around my abs, my abs were cut very deep and i had alot of veins in my thighs, but i didnt look pumped like vitor neither did i have his size when i was cut like i was, but i was fucken RIPPED. when i started the diet i beleive i was around 220 pounds i did no cardio i didnt train much only hitting one bodypart a week i believe. i still kept a decent amount of muscle but my strenght FELL THROUGH THE FLOOR BIG TIME. but that doesnt mean i lost tons of muscle either, my muscles were empty of glycogen all the time. i may have gotten at my peak about 195 pounds i believe and about 6feet4ish? but ripped so i basically lost 25 pounds and probably 7 pounds of muscle. im not shure because i dont know what my starting bodyfat was. but i lost about 35 pounds on the bench if i remember. but that was a good feeling looking like that it seemed like all the girls jaws just dropped when they saw me ripped with my shirt off. i yo yoed a few times too when i was dieting like that sometimes i would binge on the weekends but i think i went for like 4 weeks straight at one point with super low carbs and fat and alot of diet coke and thats when i got most of my results at. but i dont reccomend it i think its unhealthy, but on the other hand maybe not if u take a few multivitamins????and DEFINTLY some sort of appetite suppreasent
 
im not shure if this pic shows up or not but just imagine if u can 30 pounds lighter and real veiny, but i was also 2 inches shorter too back then
 
i also beleive if u lift heavy like 3 reps u dont loose as much muscle or strength. that is what ive noticed this year. im shure youve heard me say before that my diet was about 200 grams of protien 50-60 carbs and about 35 fat. i didnt loose any strenght on this diet and i always trained low reps around 3. but of course you all know i rebounded badly off of this diet and binged for a whole week on fat nasty and shugary food:(
 
thanx for the info, bro. I agree with keeping reps low with heavy weight to preserve muscle. I followed a similar plan to your 3yrs ago but with a little more carbs, I got really lean, not as lean as u, but pretty good results but also rebounded big time. Well, i'm desperate for results fast so i'm starting tommorrow, which is along the same lines but with less meals, most protien after workouts, and a little more fat, but only from lean meats. Did you eat steak/chicken, etc or was most protein from the soy/egg protein drinks, b/c even lean meats have fat and its hard to get so little fat unless u eat canned chicken or tuna.
 
i did eat chicken strips but with out oil or breading just plain meat with salt and pepper. if your going to do this take a multiviaten a few a day with some fiber pills. always have a liter or 2 of diet coke with a couple gallons of water too too fill you up. get the bonless skinless chicken breast peel off any skin you see. i got most of my protien from soy powder because it has 0 fat and 0 carbs. but i heard soy increases estrogen
