The video is 45 min long and set to heavy metal music. It shows several lifts by all the members of our team and shows my 760 and 815 attempt as well as Bill Crawfords 785 and 805. There is footage of us working out in the gym as well doing board presses and shirt work...

it really is our best and our worst, my BP on that video is a constant reminder of how much harder i have to work. Watching Bobby, Bill, and Mike destroy those 700+ presses is inspirational.
( i won't watch it at night because it makes my heart race and i can't sleep ) for me 600 will fall in the next 6 months.
