Naturally reset your sleep schedule

not something a lifter would ever do. As much as I struggle to get even 5lbs of new lbm, no way I'd go w/o protein for 2/3 of a day.
 
I just fly in a day before or stay up late before flying. Then when I go in, i have a great night's sleep and all refreshed the next morning for work.
