Natural test booster and stomach problem?

is there a reason why it seem like when i take something like this, i get an upset stomach. Feel like a knot in my stomach)upper middle that comes after i take pill or anything. I am taking t-911 and i think that i causing indigestion and bad heartburn. I took activate extreme that did the same thing. I think all these give me stomach issues. Do they all have some ingredient that would cause this or is there something hormonal that is causing it or what not? Thanks.
