natural muscle

I just had to get this of my head and write(type) it down. It gets me mad when I see those guys with these natural born muscles. I ask them "Do you workout"? And they say "no!!!" GAwd I hate it, I bust my ass working out and trying to eat right when all they do is eat junk food and have natural muscle.

Does anyone know what im Talking about? It just pisses me off, and i feel like im working out for no reason!

   :argue: :kaioken:

Lots of black americans people have naturally thick muscle. Natural selection gave that to them. Only the strongest survuved over here during slavery times. Mainly death came from disease and hunger on the way over here from africa before they were even sold.

It's genetics and I am naturally 6'2 and 172 lbs. A skinny puss. Now that I have been lifting and stuff, I am currently righ around 215.

Slavery just didn't go to America. I read a time article which showed a lot of slaves going to South American and Other continents and countries as well. Some countries in S.A. had quite a bit of slaves.

Genetics can be a major pain. I was 6'1", 137 pounds when I got weight in for freshman football. Long tendons, short muscles, to go along with very long limbs so my max bench was an earth shattering 85 pounds. lol
Just keep working on it bro, hard work will not change genetics, but you can make HUGE changes in your body.
Then go back an kick the genetic freak's ass. :p

Thanks for the history lesson lol. the greater part of slavery (like 80%) was in brazil and surrounding areas.
