I hope this could get a response. Drinking a few beers the night before training. I drink once a week (8 natty ices), do you think this inhibits the growth training procedure. I know beer shuts down the body's system but hell, it is a good buzzz. Only once a week. Do any of yall do this?
 
I am not juicing right now. Never trained under the influence. The night before i said. At least 12 hours before training.

I said drinking 1 night a week. Don't lift...what are you crazy? Lifting helps the sole. I only drink one night a week. That is pretty mellow compared to other things put in the system. Never giving up lifting. Don't talk about quiting stuff if you are stacking 5 things.
 
Drinking once a week is simply a no-no bro.

3-4 times a year is max IMO.

If you can't control alcohol usage, you have no business using gear.

This is not intended to be a flame bro, but a peice of advice to be taken seriously. ::)
 
Info well taken. I guess I should limit alcohol, since GHB is not here and all other drugs are against the law...HMMMM
 
honestly, ill prolly drink 1x/ 12 week cycle.
and by drink i mean 5 beers over an entire night.

to answer your questions, of course it slows down the "growth procedure"

are you for real?!?! The guy just said he wasnt on gear, a few beers surely wont kill him.... some people actually like to go out and have fun. And what the fuck is a ten-pole stick??

word to your mother on that one. if your not cycling you obviously have enough money to buy some good beer (ice or not).

if you arent drunk as hell off of 8 natty ices, then u drink more than occasionally. i used to drink a 12 pack as a warmup before i went out. I haven't been drunk in over a year, and i can count the # of drinks i've had with both hands. And if i go have 2 drinks now, i'd feel a good buzz, guaranteed

yeh, what the hell is a ten-pole stick, maybe you meant 10 foot pole/stick? :)

I think dehydration would be the main factor, you need to drink plenty of water that same night of going out and all the next day.

Drinking really isn't that big of a deal... some people like to stand on their soap boxes and preach how bad it is.

The real essence is this: yes, it's going to hurt your training the next day if you get drunk the night before... BUT if it is worth it to you to have a fun night at the expense of a day's training then go for it.

Now getting drunk 3x a week is going to seriously cost you... but 1 night every once in a while... oh well.

Real beer. If your under a case a week your fine. Those empty calorie really help pack on the mass. I bet my abs are huge. Maybe I'll find out someday. :D :D
