So I am starting my studying for the NASM PT course and the videos are really intense and fast paced. I am wonering how the test is layed out - more like study guide/flip cards, or like the video beucause even after the 1st segment I cant imagine I need to know the bones and neorons and such....perhaps I do though. I just want to know what to use as my focus once I review the videos and books.

Thx for any tips. You only get one practice test so I want to feel good going into that so Im asking questions now as I begin my studies.

Flip card def helps.
Video didn't help me much, but studying the cards and the books was the key pts.

ok the book seems a bit intense, things like bone markings I cant see being that important but ill try my best to know all the flip cards and concepts of the books along with the video. Id just hate to waste my time focusing on the wrong thing and or blow the 1 shot at the practice test I have online.

Thanks for the input, so far even knowing alot about diet/training I like the additional balance/core programs they discuss.

how is NASM in terms of how much you learn compared to other training. I know everything about nutrition and a little about training. I don't want something easy. I want something challenging and worth it.
