Aside from shipping speed, is there a difference in the quality of the products on Napsgear domestic vs international? I'm just trying to explain the significant difference in price.

You pay for convince no more no less domestic you get the product in under a week international can take upwards of 4 weeks for receiving the products, domestic no customs worries or hassles, international possible problems with seized package or package getting lost etc... so in the end the quality is high quality and always good 2 go, it's the convince and hassle free worry you pay for.
