I have been fortunate enough to have teamed up with naps recently
As I have been awaiting all the details, to be worked out, I have heard about this crazy contest they are running.

Naps has pulled out all the stops, with something that is bigger then anything online in the bodybuilding community I have ever seen
these payouts are more then the prize money at ifbb shows (not hard to do- kidding)
thank you to naps and the over all timing of all of this
last year was full of challenges that all of us faced: what a way to reintroduce naps to the the world.

got some t/eq and some gh
going to try some slin alongside and see what results happen through the summer

missed the deadline for the comp. made an error on the dates.
just going to do it anyways and log it . no change in plans, just not in the $ part
 
made a mistake, guess i got everything on on time. jhill contacted me and said the it dept was on it and all was gtg. extra BONUS and incentive cant hurt​





 
very happy witht the products
last 2 weeks on chest handled some weights heavy for me
handled 315 on onlcine for 12
and used the 150#db today
been a while since I touched them
many months of rehab this winter, and really feeling like its all coming back
 
new movement today
used the rogue rack, hinged on the outside, set at the bottom, and used the handles and pulled from the floor. interesting angle as it hinged forward, lots of upper back involvement.
tried to do rows, but actually turned around facing out, and it allowed fore some forward lean, felt more contraction.
asshole who works at the gym, stalks me, hates bodybuilders, bigot, eats cookies at the front desk, you name it, he is it, stared holes through me because i did something he'd never seen, and just couldnt help himself.
for good measure I left it out, for the next person to try. hopefully it starts a trend and other people start to experiment and try it
 
diet hasnt been great, but the bold has vascularity coming out more. deceiving thinking Im holding leanness...............fat boy viens
 
meal 1
10 egg whites
1 cup old fashion oats
2 tbs peanut butter

1 -1 1/2 cups jaz rice

here and there i substitute fruit instead of rice

fell off here, but still at the gym. had some bouts with skin problems- maybe allergies??? but they seem to have cleared, have a few marks that need to heal. maybe they will maybe not

re started doing rack pulls and the back hasnt been more sore in years. damn knots everywhere. neck is tied and twisted, but all good

had a period of time eating whenever and whatever, but the photos from the naps contest dont lie, so ive started to clean it up a bit for the home stretch unitl oct
