How many of you get this?
It cuts sub-q fat, but can contribute to visceral fat in many studies, most likely from progestenic activity.....
I will be using 150-200mg NPP every mon/thurs to help with cutting, also using stim-x, YES on chest and handle, and aromasin at 12mgED.
I know AIs can down reg pgR expression.....enough to prevent any fat storage? I will try to keep the cals at about 1500 a day with 40min cardio in the morning on empty stomach, 20 min PWO, 5L H2O ED.
I might ad var at 100mg ED soon..........
