Would n2slin serve as a good pre hiit supplement to aid in utilizing glycogen stores and depleting them quickly to aid in fat store usage?
yes mery much so....you hit it on the head with that one
have you read the profile?N2slin seems to be marketed as a pre meal supplement...why? It increases glucagon which in turn suppress insulin. glucagon and insulin have an inverse relationship, all it's doing is causing high blood sugar; which really doesn't seem to serve much of a purpose unless you're doing some sort of exercise.
yes sir I read it...But it doesn't make sense...if the N2slin increase glucagon, as some posters have stated... You eat a meal and your blood sugar goes up. Insulin drives glucose and amino acids into muscle and fat cells. If you eat a meal and take N2slin which stimulates then all you've done is further increase blood glucose without actually shuttling any nutrients into cells. sounds like a recipe for diabetic ketoacidosis? My point is that if it's purpose is to increase release of glucagon that seems really counter-productive to building muscle.
LOL, do you know what glucagon is?
Dont quote wikipedia please...
First the reason why glucagon is stimulated by need2slin is to cause this effect: as Glucagon also appears to have an effect of enhancing lipolysis of triglyceride in adipose tissue, which could be viewed as an additional means of conserving blood glucose by providing fatty acid fuel to most cells,
Second yes
When blood glucose levels are high, large amounts of glucose are taken up by the liver. Under the influence of insulin, much of this glucose is stored in the form of glycogen. Later, when blood glucose levels begin to fall, glucagon is secreted and acts on hepatocytes to activate the enzymes that depolymerize glycogen and release glucose.
Need2slin, doesnt spike blood sugar levels in the blood, it increases cAMP thats the reason for this pathway, heres why..
cAMP is a second messenger, used for intracellular signal transduction
such as transferring into cells the effects of hormones like glucagon,
So the first pathway is allowing glucagon to not interfere with insulin, but get it to start causing lipolysis of fat cells, they breakdown and can be used as fuel..
The fuel you are eating some of it carbs and fats can be then used more effectivley as you have a fuel source, your own fat reserves, that leads to the next stage.
Now insulin suppresses lipolysis in humans, thats a fact, why, because insulin doesnt discriminate between fat and muscle cells, it just feeds them, Insulin if its injected reduces the amount of cAMP as a study here shows..
Insulin inhibition of lipolysis of human adipocytes: the role of cyclic adenosine monophosphate.
So by increasing the amount of cAMP in your body, you have a messenger signal for insulin, high levels of cAMP promote fat burning, and increases the uptake of insulin into the muscle.
cyclic adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) accumulation can increase in fat cells over time, and as it does so the effects of need2slin grow stronger and more potent.
cyclic adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) has been used to treat type 2 diabetes.
And the reason why you dont get high amounts of blood sugar circulating...
You eat carbs, they get utilised by the muscle while taking need2slin, need2slin promotes healthy pancreatic actions, and instead of a big spike, glucagon is released all through the day, need2slin enables the glucagon to break down fat cells for fuel, if your body needs sugar then the fat will be used for that purpose, the blood sugar levels remain healthy and stable.
Your liver function is optimised, as is your thyroid, as is your testosterone, as increased utilisation of insulin, and glycogen uptake, promotes more androgen receptor stimulation, and that also allows for increased fat loss.
Corosolic acid in Need2slin, mimics the function of insulin by aiding the metabolism of glucose. Corosolic acid can work like insulin to reduce blood sugar levels by transporting glucose into cells and out of the bloodstream. This can be beneficial to anyone who has trouble with high blood sugar, as does alpha lipoic acid, and some of the other ingredients...
So you get better food utilisation, more fat loss, and because of the inclusion of cAMP mediators you dont get conflicts between glucagon and insulin.. thats the whole idea of the cAMP in need2slin, making it unque.
Now read the studies, and the logs, and the blood sugar level works after using it, and you tell me if it works.
Hands down the best nutrient repartioner on the planet, and i dont even sell it, so why do i think its so good.
