N2slin && N2burn

Everyone says stack these and I wanna get them but I was wondering if anyone knew how many pills came in each and how many yur supposed to take a day so I know if how many bottles of each to get, I can only look on my phone and it comes up and looks all weird so Dk the info on it. Thanks
 
Personally (and I do not recommend it) I take 5-6 nburn a day. I think most people would be fine with 2-3 per day. 90 come in a bottle of n2burn
 
I've been using this combo for a good while now, and its worked just fine for me at 2 N2burn per day (preferably before training), and 3 Need2slin spread out per day dosed before meals with carbs or before fasted cardio. Doing this dosage will make the two bottles last a month and a half. Efficient and effective ;)

I see you've tried quite a few burners before, but what about nutrient partitioners? If you've never used one you will love Need2slin....its the best one out there IMO

Ok if I had to choose one because $$$ which one should I get or should I just wait and get both when I have the $$?
 
If I had to choose one, Need2slin all the way bro. I use it year round and never come off of it. It is and always will be a staple of mine! ;)

Alright cool, I really wanna stack em but my $$ is low till payday and I need to get protein too so I'll prolly just get slin and when I need another one I'll get burn to! Thanks man!
 
N2slin is a great product that I strongly recommend for spot fat reduction as well... Works great.. another great product from Needtobuildmuscle
 
You won't be disapointed I love this stuff on low carb diets, I'm interested in how it works when bulking so I'm gonna run it right thru my cut into my bulk

You can just take 3-4 need2slin ED, spread throughout the day, preferably 30 min before your meals, or whatever works for you. I have not had the privilege of trying N2 Bulk yet, it is on my wish list.

What about the n2burn?
 
See though I can't train till the evening so when I wake up I hit a protien shake then breakfast and I workout after work

That is fine. Just dose in the AM and then again in the afternoon if you prefer. It does not have to be used around a workout. I just like it for the increased energy and sweating.

And should I only use my n2bulk for nighttime and get whey to build for the daytime or does it matter you think?
 
Your N2Slin and N2Burn doses look okay

N2Bulk it's up to you. I personally would use it for breakfast. Some guys like to use it for PWO. Others will tell you to use it before bed. You can use whey to build anytime really. You could even add whey to build to your N2Bulk.

Awesome bro! I literally just popped 2 N2 Burn, 1 N2 Stim, 1 N2 Slin, as well as some other NTBM supps 30 min ago, and now I am eating 10 egg whites w/1 pack sugar free cinnamon bun oatmeal and peanut butter drizzled on top (a brother of mine on this forum turned me onto this recipe...fucking delicious!) and waiting for the wife to come home from a meeting and it's off to the iron dungeon for this guy...oh, and add a little N2KTS PWO and rip it up!

Yeah I took that with my ds craze man and it had me going! I had to make myself leave the gym cause I was shaking so bad!! Kinda got a little nauseated but I played basketball right after so I was good! Love everything so far!

That craze is the shit man but mixing them did kind of make me jittery ima try again today and see what happens

Do it! I love it, had never tried pre workout before but that stuff is the shit, i was told do 1scoop but I do 1-1/2-2 and man it gets me going!

Rick what do you think for n2burn on "off" days, won't be in the gym for the next 2days :/, I took my 2 this morning you think that's good or go ahead and take all 4?

I still use N2burn on off days. I usually pop a couple caps when I wake up and call it good for the day.....though lately I haven't had any off days. Usually its Sunday, but I've been doing cardio even that day for a while

Consistency is key with everything you do....I would take N2Burn every day

very good statement here... consistency is the key with ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING you do... stay consistent with your dosing and it will be much more effective, otherwise you will not get max benefits, and lets face it, max benefits is what its all about!!

Yeah I'm pretty consistent the only thing is my slins I take them pretty much same time Monday-Friday but Saturday and Sunday the hours are diff since I don't work but I still make sure to take 3 a day all 30 mins before my bigger meals

Hell ya man! I had to miss the damn gym today cause I got super sunburned this weekend at the lake, pisses me off I can't even move my shoulders without wanting to fuckin scream! Haha

Get you some vitamin e oil and rub down. It helps me alot when I'm burnt. It speeds up the recovery time and sometimes you don't even peel.
 
That will help. I got burnt this weekend I rubbed down the past two nights with it.


Thanks man! He'll yeah I feel you though my shoulders are blistered! Fuckin sucks! Haven't been in the gym since Friday and I'm feeeeeenin to lift weights haha
 
The best thing ive ever found is a warm bath, put in some coconut oil, and olive oil..and if you have it build up a lather on the sunburnt areas with carrot soap, dont wash it off, just get out and let it dry.. its a miracle...
 
I just ordered the n2shred stack plus n2slin and i have some anavar I'll be running as well to get absolutely shredded. Whats everyone's diet like? I

'm doing intermittent fasting and love the results, but I really love it because it makes eating simple. The thought of going back to 6 meals a day makes me want to cry. Thing is on my IF structure I would workout fasted (only bcaa's and protein) I'm guessing if i tried that with the var and this stack I'd get sick real quick.

So are you guys carb cycling? That would seem like the most effective way to do it. Seems to me the 6 meals every 3 hours is broscience, the effect on metabolism is small, and the n2shred stack will take care of the metabolism boost. I'd rather just eat 3 meals a day, something like this:

Fasted Cardio
Breakfast
Gym
Post workout shake+carb source (I like gatorade recover 16 grams protein 14 grams dextrose and tastes awesome)
Lunch
Dinner
Before bed shake

Thoughts? (Rick I'm lookin at you :))
 
N2SLIN, is an excellent product. It causes carbohydrate synthesis (breaking down carbs), which is ideal for building quality muscle and minimizing carbs being stored as fat. Also, it imputes carbohydrate oxidation (more energy), and the raising of ATP, which is ideal for all you mofos who like to rock out in the gym. Simultaneously, the product has some type of thermogenic property, that aids in the fat burning process. An all around excellent product, I love it!!
