Yes its effective, just remember its a supplement, not a substitute for a clean calore restricted diet with both resistance and cardio training. I will help but its definitly no magic pill.

Without a doubt safe, some people abuse stims so just don't be one of them and make sure your diet/cardio/training is on point and the results will be epic!!
