what is nolvadex going to do? does it make it go away or just like keep it from "swelling"

Sometimes it goes away, though once gyno develops it may be too late, in which case you need some natty estro control (forma, POST CYCLE) to keep it under control. Or surgery to remove it completely. It's not as bad as it sounds.
