N2Burn similar to ECA??

I'm lookin to get N2Burn but I don't want to take it if it's like ECA because I had a bad experience with ECA. The first time I took it I felt fine but got nose bleeds so I stopped taking it. I recently started it again about a month ago and felt like my heart wasn't working right and kept having what I describe as "panic attacks". I stopped a week into it and the panic attacks and heart feeling weird went away about a week later.

Would n2burn cause the same thing since they both contain Phenethylamine like substances?

You know what ECA is? They are very different bro. Just look at the need2burn ingredients list. Unless I missed it, two out of the three aren't there. Caffeine is a given, and in every fat burner known to man. Always exercise caution with drugs, especially stimulants.

People react differently to stimulants. This may be obvious, but its always worth mentioning: if you have any prior health issues that could be exacerbated by stimulants....... Beyond that I have read over the ingredients and I like how its formulated.

My best advice is to give a shot and start slow and low.
