ok ive heard some good things about this, my buddy works at a gym and jacks this stuff for us, im trying to bulk up i have been doin about 3 protine shakes a day and eating as much as i possibly can, clean of course, and i just wanted to kno how i would fit the n-large in the mix, i ussually workout at about 945 10 casue of work, thanks guys., im also on a test\deca cycle.
 
Instead of using 'weight gainers' to add some girth to you, make it yourself.

* PWO: Have 2-3 scoops of whey protein, dextrose/maltodextrin, and oats in water.

If you make this during the day, away from your WO, then omit the high GI carbs and use EFA's (or healthy fats) instead, with oats. Your body will thank you.
 
It's great as a PW shake, but that's all I use it for. All the high GI carbs at any other time will help make you fat.
