My last tub had some weird-ass shit floating around in it after mixing it with plain-Brita filtered water. A member at AB said it was dead skin...

I have all 3 flavs and I only use the chocolate. I never get sick of the chocolate and I drink 4 a day (3 servings).Throw a banana in the mix and its better. dpsnutrition has the 10lb bucket for like 35 bucks. can't beat that.

I would only use it post work-out because of the high GI maltodextrin base. It tastes awesome, I look forward to drinking it, chocolate flavor anyway. Yeah it's got a lot of sugar, but it's straight fructose, low GI, so I don't see the big deal.

I use the chocolate post workout. Damn, that stuff taste so awesome!!! It's a nice change from the days when you had to get all phsyched up just to be able to down that nasty shake. Very nice change indeed!!!

taste is definitely a positive... but whats up with you guys not liking the vanilla? thats my favorite flavor.

anyway, the nutrient profile is the best of any 'weight gainer' I've ever seen, so it is my post-workout shake of choice. and that would be the only time of the day that I use it.
