MyoGenX Result Thread

One thing I would be interested in is this product stacked with an AI such as Letro or aromasin.

That is not being picky - it is being accurate and you are correct. Excellent observation - K to you.

Take simple numbers:

100 * 50% = 100 * .50 = 50 and then add that to the original 100

100 * 100% = 100 * 1.0 = 100 and then add that to the original 100 for 200%

And yes, 2 increased to 4 is a 100% increase, 2 increased to 6 is a 200% increase.

Apparently, the scientists who run the peer-reviewed medical journal where the study was published think that it's a valid way to measure things. You should take it up with them, and the hundreds (if not thousands) of scientists who feel that the study I based my product on is valid.

This is the part where I'll continue to pretend that your criticisms of the product come from you, and not someone else on this site who has repeatedly attacked me....and you continue to pretend to be coming up with them yourself.

Arent you the one who was criticising and bashing AIFM on your blog? No offense, but how can you bash a product that has been taken by thousands of members on here, and they all claim it works? Im entitled to my opinion as you are.. I dont see you running your mouth on here about AIFM..

I don't speak poorly about any other sponsors products here on EF. Frankly, it's not wanted by the administration nor site owner, and I feel that it's unprofessional to criticise other sposors of this site while I'm here.

Outside of this site, it's fair game.

On this site, when a sponsor attacks another one, it reflects poorly on the person doing it, and shows a lack of respect for the rules and the people who run the site.

When I was a member, and not on staff here, it was a different story. I openly criticized AIFM, and had my posts edited, deleted, and eventually I was banned for doing it. Now, I reserve criticism of that type to anywhere but here, not because my posts will be altered or I'll be banned, but because it's inappropriate to do here.

That’s what I dislike!!!!!! One should be able to express their opinion about anything this board is after all a resource used by many! When someone gets shut down for expressing an opinion that is just wrong!! Along the same lines, one should take the posts as opinion unless backed by sound scientific research.

Now… a shameless attack is something different…

The sponsors get to hide behind their advertising dollars!! If you mention other research companies or express a dislike for a product you can bet it will get noticed and either removed or you will get a PM from a mod!

My 2ml,

Tao

Yes. One should be able to express one's opinion.

However, metioning other (competing) companies shouldn't be allowed. If a company doesn't pay for advertising here, they ought not be able to get free advertising here, when it competes with someone who pays for advertising here. Discussing products (i.e. letrozole, which is sold by every research chem company) is allowed, but "asking" about www.brandx.com letrozole, and telling people that it's sooooo good and sooooo cheap is just free advertising and not fair to someone who pays to advertise here.

When I was only a member here, I expressed my opinions about sponsors and their products openly. I had my posts deleted, edited, and eventually I was banned for doing it. I didn't think that was too fair, and I think you guys should be able to criticize sponsors or state your mind, regardless of your opinion. I don't think you guys should be able to pimp other companies, however...I never did that, and I don't think it's appropriate.

Fast-Forward a year, from when I first came here:

I'm no longer a member here. I'm a Chairman. I have written several articles for the site, and contiue to do so. I've written an e-book for the site, offer a consultation service through the site, and work with more than one sponsor of the site in various capacities. I've signed an NDA with this company, and work very closely with/for Elitefitess in several capacities.

In my case, I don't feel that it's appropriate for me to come here, and on this site, attack or criticize sponsors. I don't feel that it's appropriate for anybody affiliated/associated with this compay to attack someone else who is also here, using this message board as the direct medium to conduct that attack. It's unprofessional. It makes the person doing the attacking look terrible, and I don't participate in that kind of thing. If I were a member, and not on staff, then it would be different.

I do see your point and agree with you for the most part. I guess the thing that gets me in regards to not being able to mention other research companies for example… It gives the newbies who may only visit this site the elusion that there is only one company who can service their needs… Now.. Shame on them for not doing more research but shame on us for not being able to educate them more and offer options they may not be aware of..

If I mention company XX am I pimping it.. Some might say that.. I feel however, if I have no affiliation with company XX and am merely stating my experience then that is not a pimp!!

That all being said, I do enjoy this board and understand the sponsors is what keeps it alive… I have in the past purchased from AG and still get sups from The EF store.. A double-edged sword it is!!

Respect,

Taoiron

If you were sitting in a Burger King, you wouldn't be free to tell customers to go to McDonalds. Shame on the people at Burger King for not knowing how yummy McDonalds Apple pies are....

This site is a buisess, and as a result it needs to protect it's income, just like Burger King. It lowers the value of this site's advertising worth, if other companies who do not pay can derive free advertising from it. Income keeps this site up and running.

In the end, you might feel that it's appropriate to endorse McDonalds while you are sitting at Burger King, but I'm reasonably sure that there is no company in existence who would let you do something (anything) like that.

It's a good rule, I think...it lets people discuss the products, safe use of them, and share personal experieces, but does not give free advertising to those who do not pay for it.
