Squats
Standing Calf Raises

Tuesday - Chest & Biceps

Barbell Curls
Dumbell Curls
Dumbell Concentration Curls
Flat Bench Press
Dumbell Press
Dumbell Flys

Thursday - Back & Traps

Deadlifts
Barbell Rows
Barbell Shrugs
Dumbell Shrugs

Saturday - Shoulders & Triceps

Military Press
Shoulder Press
Tricep Extension
Close Grip Bench Press

3 Sets
8reps on all exercises

This is the first workout I've designed myself so tell me if it's any good or if i have anything wrong.
 
I workout at home and dont have all the equipment to do other exercises, so could you recomend leg excersies with barbell and dumbells?

Wanna point me to any threads with info on bulking? I weigh about 150-155lbs and im 6'1. I think 180 is a reasonable target to bulk up to for now.
