My workout (good enough? over/under traning)

Hey guys I can work out upto 4-5 days a week but I choose not due to overtraining.

My current routine is roughly the following

Day 1:
Chest, triceps, back

Day 2:
Rest

Day 3:
Shoulders, biceps, legs

Then I repeat, so its 1 day on 1 day off.

I've been seening gains, but wondering if I could make it more effective.
 
Hey if your making gains then good for you. Everybody's body is different. You could switch it up and do
Day 1 chest
Day 2 back, forearms
Day 3 off
Day 4 legs
Day 5 delts, shoulders
Day 6 bi's, forearms
This is actually my personal routine that I recently switched to a few months back, seeing great results. I'm a big forearms guy so you don't have to do ten twice, that just my fav. Best of luck to you.
 
Thanks man! Appriciate the advice, I'm gona change my routine up soon so ill defently give yours a go.
