Hi
i recently updated my workout plan and diet...
hope you can give tor comments...
Btw, I'm :
Weight 200 lbs / 100 kg
Height 165cm
Bmi: Obese
 
Try burgen bread as its low gi and if you cant handle brown rice try basmati as that is the better of the white rices. Also it would be helpfull if you had your macros on your diet (calories, protein, carbs and fats). Eating too little is not beneficial as it will stall your metabolism and i believe kill your leptin levels (natural hormone your body produces that burns fat). Also there is debate on cardio timing but I would do it after weights if you are not. Idea is you burn your food stores up lifting and cardio on an empty stomach burns fat more effectively. Once a week refeed 300 - 400 calories above your maintainance calories to restore leptin levels.
