These are rough. They really hit the shoulders.


Barbell Rows (on Floor)
145x5,5,5,5
I've been doing these in the rack, these are harder.


Pullups

These are hard after presses and rows!


Shrugs

Nice work though. Happy to see you tried the 215 a couple of times. I'll have a look at the videos later (in class now).
 
nice need more work on speed out of the hole, or right off the delts with leg drive. it will progress just keep hammering the tris

And thanks Suston. I should have done those light overheads more explosively. That was the first time I did them seated like that.

I was trying to do the double leg drive like olympic lifters do for a push jerk, but I just couldn't get it.
