well, i noticed i am coming to the end of my training log book, my 2nd ever. for the most part, i believe, i have taken fairly consistent notes of my performance in the gym. there are a few periods where i have time lapses in my log book, most of these are where i like to drop my training journal and any planned routine (except the workout split for which bodyparts are done on which day) and do whatever lifts i like to do for a particular bodypart. it's fun to do and it doesn't hurt to do every so often.
i figured i would post some lifts and dates vs those of approximately one year ago.
