My upcoming cycle: Lose Fat and Maintain/build maybe.

You can run the dbol for six weeks if you want, 30-35mg should be sufficient. And if you're gonna do the winstrol I'd push it back a couple of weeks and start it around wk 8 or 9.

I would run 200mg twice a week, Monday/Thursday, of test euth or cypt. I can't help too much with the T3 since I have never taken it or read much about it. I would run the winny up until the day before you plan on starting PCT. So maybe week 9 or 10 since you plan on starting PCT three weeks after your last deca shot. I hope this helps man.
 
there are some threads on T3 around, do alot of reading before oyu go for it it can have some hard sides, make sure you slowly taper the dose up and down you can probly get away without it if you want to stay side free but if your going to do it stay low. I am pretty sure( someone correct me if I am wrong) you can run it around 12.5MCG without thyroid shutdown anymore then that around 25-50MCG will shut you down.
 
Okay this is just my opinion,. please take it for what its worth. I am sure they will be alot of people that disagree but oh well thats why this is a open forum.

First off D-bol is crap...... It is a absolute waste of time and money for what you are trying to accomplish..... This statement alone is enough to ruin this thread..

Secondly Test is a Must, I would most defintly recomment Test Prop at 100mg 3x weekly. As a secondy option Cyp or enthate same doseage 1x weekly.

EQ 400mg Yes right on track here, T3 persoanlly would run 50-75mcg daily with Clen. No need to cycle clen, T# will keep you from donw regulating.

Winstral is another great way to go here, Other options would be Tren Acetete 50-75 mgs ed or eod. for first 4-6 weeks. You might throw in some primo or some masteron at the end of cycle..... HCG is a must, otherwise don't bother with the cycle you will lose most of it. If you have any other questions pm back.

Hey thanks for your reply man, I must admit, i wasnt too sure whether to stick Dbol in there either, besides which ive only ever done orals in the past (3 cycles many years ago - i wuz a pussy then)and wanted to just do the one oral during this cycle(Winny). So im looking at -

Unsure about using Test Prop, Dont fancy sticking myself 3x week - altho i'm not ruling it out altogether if you guys think its DEFO better to use than Test E.

Test Enanthate/Cyp @ 300Mg per week(should that be 250mg?)
Eq @ 400Mg per week
Winny @ 50Mg Ed last 4 weeks.
Hcg(dosage?)
T3 throughout.
Nolva/Clomid etc.

I will be posting Before/After pics after i complete this cycle, hopefully there will be a good change in my physique. (fat loss)
 
I'd use around 400 mgs of test/wk. For the T3 don't use it until you have to. What that means is that if your metabolism slows down and you're not losing any more bf, then add it in. Start off with 25 mcgs/day and increase one tab a day every 4-5 days until you feel that you are losing an appreciable amount of bf. I wouldn't recommend going over 75 mcgs/day for what you're trying to do.
